All beef are locally raised in Southwestern Pennsylvania by local cattlemen who are committed to providing the highest quality, best tasting, most tender beef for their customers’ dinner table. In order to accomplish this the cattlemen us the best beef genetics available, provided superior care to the cattle, feed locally produced feed grains and forages, use no animal byproducts, hormones or growth promotants, produce antibiotic free beef and dry age all beef for tenderness.
